We're excited to relaunch our Snowshoe Borrowing Program to help you embrace winter and enjoy the great outdoors! Whether you're trying snowshoeing for the first time or you're a seasoned pro, this self-directed activity is a fun and accessible way to explore the snowy outdoors.

How It Works:
Once snow conditions permit, reserve a set of snowshoes online and pick them up at the Town office.
The Program and Event Coordinator will confirm the availability of the snowshoes prior to arranging a pick up time. Snowshoes are available on a first come, first served basis.
Pick-Up & Return Details:
- Rental period: Thursday to Monday
- Pick-up location: White City Town Office (14 Ramm Ave E)
- Pickup time: 8 am to 5 pm, Thursday or Friday
- Return deadline: All snowshoes must be returned by Monday
A completed Credit Card Authorization form is required prior to taking the snowshoes from the Town Office. In the event that a pair of snowshoes is damaged, lost or stolen, the credit card will be charged for a replacement set of the same or most similar snowshoe.

We offer a variety of snowshoe sizes to fit all ages and weights:
- Child Small (17”): 30–80 lbs (4 pairs available)
- Child Large/Youth Small (19”): 40–90 lbs (2 pairs available)
- Youth Large/Teen Small (21”): 80–150 lbs (2 pairs available)
- Teen Large/Adult Small (25”): 110–220 lbs (2 pairs available)
- Adult Large (30”): 170–270 lbs (4 pairs available)
