Mail-in Ballots:
All eligible voters have the option to apply to mail in their ballot.
Applying for mail-in ballot:
Applications for mail-in ballots are accepted between September 3 and October 20, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
All eligible voters applying for this option are required to:
- fill out a Voter Registration and Declaration of Person Request Mail-In Ballot Form (forms also available in-person at the Town Office);
- provide a copy of government-issued photo ID that shows your name and address; and
- provide a copy of one additional piece of the Acceptable Forms of Identification.
Your mail-in application can be submitted by:
- Canada Post Regular Mail;
- Registered Mail;
- Courier;
- Electronic Mail to townoffice@whitecity.ca; or
- by dropping it off in-Person at the Town Office at 14 Ramm Avenue East, White City, SK between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday.
Casting your mail-in ballot:
Completed mail-in ballots must be received at the Election Office before 8:00 p.m. on Election Day (November 13) in order to be counted. Post-mark dates shall not be used to determine acceptance of mail-in ballots.
Your mail-in ballot can be accepted through:
- Canada Post Regular Mail;
- Registered Mail;
- Courier;
- by dropping it off in-person at the Town Office at 14 Ramm Avenue East, White City, SK or at the Regular Poll.
A person who has requested a mail-in ballot is deemed to have voted and will not be provided a ballot at any other poll.
