2020 Virtual Summer Play Program

This year’s Summer Play program will be offered virtually, as we did not feel it was feasible to present an in person program. We have decided to offer kits that will include a package complete with craft instructions (and materials), recipes, worksheets and activities, physical activity opportunities, as well as virtual story telling. The kits will include a resource guide detailing the weekly activities and links to YouTube demonstrations of each craft, and other applicable activities. These kits will include all the materials that your child will need to complete each craft (besides basic supplies such as scissors, glue, markers, pencils, erasers, etc.). Each week will have a different theme and the kits will contain different crafts, activities, recipes, worksheets, and access to applicable videos, so rest assured the kits will not be repetitive.

Kits will need to be picked up at the Town Office each Monday. Kits will be available as of 9:00 am, each Monday, beginning July 6. When you pick up your kit, payment will be due. If your reserved kit is not picked up on Monday, and no arrangements have been made for another pickup date, it will become available to the waitlist.
