Fitness for All - a new program by the Town of White City

Fitness For All

Fitness for All is a drop in fitness class that will give you a full-body workout.  This class incorporates strength, endurance, core and flexibility/mobility exercises with minimal to no equipment to help you reach your fitness goals.

Join us on Mondays - November 7, 14, 21 and December 5, 12, 19 for $15/class.  Come to one class or come to them all - we're happy to have you!
