Multicultural Week Nov. 20-28th
Multi-Cultural Week is celebrated annually to acknowledge the benefits of multiculturalism as seen in the enrichment and contributions of many individuals, groups, and communities in Saskatchewan.
Help celebrate Saskatchewan Multicultural week until November 28th. Multicultural Council of Saskatchewan is asking residents to share stories for this year’s campaign that allows the people of Saskatchewan to share successful examples of various communities and cultures that reside here and make - #SaskatchewanStrong – through their values, contributions, beliefs, and actions.
What can you do to support this campaign? Use any social media platform (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook), use the hashtag #TogetherWeMakeSaskatchewanStrong and answer one, two or all three of these questions in the form of a video, post, etc!
1. What do you do to make SK strong?
2. What is the vision of a strong SK for you?
3. What do you think we need to do to achieve that vision?

Where is your place of origin?
Using a GIS-based application, help us better understand the White City and region’s international heritage by navigating to your own or your family’s place of origin and adding a marker to pinpoint the location. Feel free to add a note and tell us about your or your family’s journey to make White City and region your home.
We hope to create a map that will highlight the diversity of our community and provide an opportunity to learn about each other and the impressive cultural backgrounds of the residents of White City.
