Notice of Intention to Consider a Bylaw to Sell and Exchange Municipal Lands


Pursuant to clause 199(4)(a) of The Planning and Development Act, 2007 and section 4.1 of Public Notice Bylaw No. 448‐05, notice is hereby given that the Town of White City council will consider a bylaw to authorize the sale, exchange and legal land designation change of municipal reserve land located at MR5‐Plan 87R11246 Ext 1 (Town Office, Community Centre and portion of Serbu Park). The proposed bylaw and relevant maps are available for public viewing at www.whitecity.ca.


A public hearing for the proposed bylaw will be held on Monday, June 25, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Town Office (14 Ramm Avenue East).


Anyone wishing to speak in support or opposition of the proposed bylaw will have the opportunity to do so at the public hearing. Following the public hearing, a council meeting will be held to consider second reading of the bylaw.
